I wanted to outline the procedures and upgrades I’m using to address and mitigate the potential spread of Covid-19 in the following areas:

Infrastructure:

In order to make the room easier to sanitize between appointments I’ve limited the number of flat surfaces and upgraded the massage table. Additionally I’ve introduced a more robust barrier to the face cradle padding than previously and will be introducing touchless payments when square gets back to me.

Sanitation:

All flat surfaces including the table and face cradle itself are sanitized following every appointment. Lotion bottles are used for one appointment, sanitized and put to the back of the cue. The sheets, face cradle cover and blanket are bundled off to an outgoing laundry bin kept separate from the fresh linen and the room is allowed to ‘air out’. Duiring every appointment an air purifier with HEPA Filter and UV-C are operating. Just before the next appointment the flat surfaces get one more pass with the sanitizer and then fresh linens go on the table.

Masking and Vacination:

Staff: I have ben vaccinated as have everyone I work with, but out of an abundance of caution I will continue to wear a mask during appointments and consultations.

Guests: Current office policy is that of you are vaccinated, we ask you to wear a mask in public areas, but you can take it off for your appointment. If you are unvaccinated we may ask to take your temperature and ask you to keep your mask on for the whole session.

Changes to cancellation policy:

If you start feeling sick or a showing signs of a fever before your appointment cancellation and refund are guaranteed. You have enough on your plate, don’t worry about it.

If you come up here without a mask and refuse to wear one you will be refused service and you will be responsible for the full cost of your appointment.
